Do not park here. We reserved on SpotHero — it was supposed to be self park but when we arrived it was valet, which was strange. They were rude the whole time but what led to this 1 star review is they scammed us — when they went to go get the car they said it wouldn’t start and that someone could jump it for $20 — cash only, despite the garage accepting credit card and tap to pay. We literally just had the car fully serviced 3 days ago and everything was in perfect order. They very obviously left the lights on so the battery would die to scam us out of an extra $20. They were also so weird forcefully, aggressively trying to tell me I had to stay in the cashier room alone with the other male operator while my fiancé went to get the car, which creeped me out and gave me bad vibes. None of the parking garages in this area have great ratings or reviews, but I'm certain none are worse than this one. Literally use any other parking garage but this one. I wish I could give zero stars - they supposedly partner with the dental office at the same address - however they did not accept the validated ticket and charged us full price for 1 hour when we were there for about 20 minutes and told it would be free for up to 2 hours. We disputed the charge immediately with the business before leaving and the workers, who seemed not to (or acted as if they did not) understand basic English pointed us to the sign and refused to refund us. I was kind of worried about this parking place looking at the bad reviews but I had zero complaints. It was the closest parking garage for jury duty at the court house. I left loose change such as dollars to see if they would open the glove box, or take the money from the center console which they did not. The person taking and valeting my car was very polite and quick to take the keys. When I got back, picking up my car had no wait time and was a very quick process. Parking is only 23 USD for 10 hours, perfect for the time if you have jury duty across the street.

Left my car for an hour when I went to court I leave like ten singles in my door panel jus in case I need them when I brought the car there they where all there wen I picked it up after me offering to park the car which they denied none of the ten dollars was there I only didn’t say anything bc it’s ten dollars but the fact that I called to say something and they denied it through the roof if jus like to know where’s my money at if it was there wen it was dropped off then my door panel cleaned out wen I got it back and of course they’re not responsible for their workers stealing what’s in your car

They don't even deserve one star. They are thieves!!! Stole a valuable right out of my car. I did not notice until I left and when I returned I was told that the only way I can open a "claim" is if it were done before I left when I had picked up the car. But honestly, who expects employees who are supposed to be professional to steal???? Never ever going back again.
