Jake was easy to work with and helped me with the design and features I was looking for. The design is robust and functional. He was patient, having to work through a few hurdles including weather. Silverado’s billing and change order process is very smooth. Finished garage and driveway are exactly what we wanted.

Jake and his crew were great. They helped us transform our suite at Red Door Escape Room into our new Game Show Studio experience. Super prompt communication (which is often a struggle with other GCs I’ve worked with). Work was high quality. They were admittedly a little more expensive than some other bids we received, but we felt it was worth the value and we didn’t want to skimp on quality. Would gladly work with Silverado again for future projects.

We had Jake and his team complete a full bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job! As first time home-owners who purchased a 1960s home, the remodel process seemed daunting. Jake and his team made the process go smoothly and as stress-free as possible! The bathroom looks incredible and we have the peace of mind knowing it was done right.
