If i could give no stars i would. Do not hire Silverback Plumbing. They installed my tub and shower incorrectly after telling my carpenter that he put the studs up incorrectly. This is supposed to be a reliable company and the man would not even look at the instructions so he could properly install the tub and shower enclosure. Jessie the owner of Silverback Plumbing told me that my carpenter installed the studs incorrectly and that was wrong. Jamie, my carpenter, followed the instructions precisely. The plumber, Jessie, told me over and over that he has been doing this for 13 years but he’s never seen a tub enclosure like this one. Jesse came out and gave us a bid for a gas line to be ran to pool equipment prior to the job actually needing to be done. Once we told him we were ready almost 7 months later it took him 1 month to get out to the property. He did the job and then after work was complete told us the job would cost more than initial bid due to inflation. I do understand this however, he did not rebid us prior to doing the job or mention that the materials had gone in cost. A few months passed and we had to extend the line again because of a move of equipment pad. We called a different plumber unhappy with the services we received from him and the new plumber had to rip out his entire work due him laying 3/4 in instead of full inch pipes which was standard for that hearer. I had an emergency situation with no water after trying to install a water heater. Jess and his apprentice showed up the same day, correctly diagnosed the issue, provided new equipment and reconfigured the incorrect installation of the water heater. Reasonable rates and very professional. Will use again.

Silverback did a great job in fixing my emergency water problem. They were upfront in the cost and showed up when they said they would. They persisted in fixing a very difficult problem. I am very happy with the service and I saved their phone number on my phone for any future needs.

Jesse did a fantastic job. He showed up at the time we were told he would be here. He was very professional and informative. He explained everything he was doing and made sure we were aware of how to operate our new water heater after installation.
