I really appreciate how professional and put together this business and its owners are. They go out of their way to provide a seamless, easy to work with experience for the customer. Also, they are extremely trustworthy and have a lot of experience in their field- if you’re like me, a septic system is one thing you really want installed by experts so it functions properly. Thankfully, they met and exceeded all my expectations. We’ve had no problems with the system they installed, and I was very pleased with their work.

I have nothing but great things to say about SilverBack, Rodney and Russell are such great people and treated me like family through the whole process! They did such a great job with keeping me informed every step of the way and stood next to me through the whole process. Rodney answered his phone every single time i called even when he was out on vacation with his family just to answer my questions and keep my mind at peace. Russell such a sweet gentleman and knows exactly what hes doing did such a great job with the installation and also kept everything very clean and organized! Hands up the best decision I could have made to do business with these guys!!!

We were happy initially. The work that was done was good (as far as we know at this point). Then for whatever reason hooking up our septic to our home being built was not included in our contract or the almost $7k we already paid even though they were aware that would be needed from the get go. They have done this for years. This is the first time we have ever done a septic system or built a home. We definitely learned our lesson the hard way. So we ended up being billed an additional $654 which includes paying $125/hr for their drive time from El Campo to Weimar which is absolutely ridiculous. If I would have known this from the start (we were not told) I would have found someone else closer. This should be disclosed up front.
