Ever since Silversand Services has taken over landscaping responsibilities at Sendera Ranch Master planned Community, the quality of the mowing and landscape services as been very poor. The grass is not mowed in a timely manner, and the have brush hogged areas that should have been mowed, committed some areas altogether, and I had to corner one of the laborers and explain that the green area behind San Christoval is supposed to be mowed, edged and weed trimmed, not just brush hogged and then left. There were portions along the iron fence that the grass was 6-8' tall. He did mow the area with his riding mower to his credit after I pointed it out to him. We had a contract for yard maintenance. The contract stated that they would hand pull weeds in the flower beds and tree rings. The crew showed up to mow and preceded to spray Round Up in our flower beds and on our pecan trees. I requested to cancel my service and asked for a refund for the one payment that I made last month. I also requested that they help by providing some top soil for the pecans. The response from the company has been slow and no one seems to do what they say. I have had to call several times to push the issue. I was told today that they would not give me a refund, but would give me a few bags of top soil. I have to continue to waste my time fighting them through my credit card company. I have been cultivating these pecan trees for 5 years, and they broke the co
