Ty Archer from Simple Pest Control showed up to our property this week and bravely entered what can only be described as an active wasp war zone. Armed with nothing but a spray can and questionable optimism, he located the infestation, engaged the enemy, and at one point executed what appeared to be a highly tactical retreat at full speed across the yard. Ty is always thorough, professional, and reliable — but this time he truly went above and beyond, risking life, limb, and personal dignity to make sure our family could once again enjoy the outdoors without aerial hostility. 10/10 service.
