I contracted with this company in 8/2019. Work was completed and two weeks later, I received a certified letter from Ultimate Roofing to with a lien on my property due to non payment from SimpliRoofing. One year later, this issue has still not been resolved and now I will have to pay the balance in order to clear the title to my home so I can sell it. This has been an awful experience with nothing but lies and minimal to no responses from Tom. Do not do business with this company!!!

BEWARE!! LIEN!! Insurance claim for a new roof started in March 2019. Insurance checks and deductible collected in early June 2019. Was given July 12, 2019 for installation, cancelled day before. Called them once a week for four weeks to try and get them to schedule another date. They would promise to call back, but did not. Another date finally scheduled on August 8th, 2019, did not show and sent email THE DAY OF INSTALLATION to cancel. Another upset phone call to owner, rescheduled for August 15th. Postponed again, finally installed new room August 16th. Four days later received notice of lien from roof installer. 20 days later received notice of lien from roofing supplier. SIMPLIROOFING is not paying its installers and suppliers. As of today the installer and supplier have

They steal insurance money and don’t pay their employees with it, so where does it go? Probably to pay for Tom’s fancy house in Suwanee. Over a year ago my boyfriend worked for these con artists for months and received no compensation while his dad was undergoing cancer treatments. STAY FAR AWAY!

If I could I would give this company a 0 review. It is not responding any of my requests. I signed a paper work they supposed to representing my claim for replacing the roof. But they just did nothing. it has been a year now. This company sucks.

This place is a Fruad, they are Scam artist. They take your money and do not start the work. You cannot get your money back unless you take them to small business court which is what I'm doing. Check out the complaints on BBB and CBS 46 News
