I RECOMMEND!! I decided I needed to update my kitchen after like almost 20 years. I stopped by Simply Southern Homes and sat down with the owner Jeff. Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen in about 2 and a half weeks. He came to my home 2 days after our sit down to take measurements. I gave him a paint swatch and a countertop sample and we were off to the races. The owner is a nice guy who's been living local and doing business local for a long time. His reputation is impeccable. His staff and contractors are trustworthy and respectful as well. It just dawned on me, there is one word I NEVER heard from any of them and that is no. if I could give him negative stars I would I have spent years trying to get him to remedy the terrible work he did on my home I spent almost 100,000 in a full upstairs remodel. tile doesn’t even have grout around it, floor was not done to standards is already creaking, uneven walls chipping paint. more problems then I can list. I did this renovation while enlisted and he takes advantage that I’m not here to see if he corrects or not. my house is an honest contractors worst nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Jeff and his team did a top notch job with our Kitchen remodel and Room addition. When I, Kristi, had reached out to Jeff at the end of last year my husband and I were at a crossroad with our home. Jeff, Kevin, and Len did a great job redoing my showers!! These things were OLD before and now they look beautiful and function so much better than before. I love my place even more because of them. Every time I've had an issue they've been out to help me asap and are so friendly. Jeff is great to talk to and has so much experience in this field that it's hard not to trust him. Go with simply southern homes for your cabinet or bathroom needs and they will do a fantastic job!
