The technician Hunter showed up within hours of our phone call, displayed immense knowledge in his craft, explained all our problems and answered all our questions with real life, easy to understand answers, and even set us up an appointment with the Simpson team to explore all of our options. They came an hour after the furnace tech left. Can't beat the service. Very thorough, very courteous, very professional, but still easy going, nice people you'd feel comfortable inviting to the next big barbecue!

My tech - Kyle Miller, was knowledgeable & helpful in explaining his work throughout the length of his inspection. All of my questions were answered politely & with forethought that entrusted my confidence in him & Simpson Heating.
