I just had Thermo Solutions install a new furnace and A/C system in my home. I could not be more happy with the quality of work, responsiveness, friendliness and attention to detail. Joel and Steph went above and beyond to make sure we were very well taken care of. Thermo solutions will be my go to from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone for all of your HVAC needs. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars I would.

This company cannot be trusted. From May 2025 through January 2026, Thermo Solutions repeatedly failed to repair my HVAC system. I was told a replacement part was “on backorder,” but the manufacturer confirmed it had never been ordered. After nearly two months, the part arrived — and was never installed. As you can see from the screenshot I have not heard from them since Dec. 14th almost a month later. No follow-up, no phone call, nothing. I spent $3,000+ with them and $8,000 on alternative heating just to keep my home safe. Another HVAC company inspected the unit on January 7, 2026, refused to work on it, and said the welding/soldering was “abysmal.” They recommended full replacement due to risk of internal contamination that could destroy the compressor. The guys at Thermosolutions have been awesome to work with, I can't express enough grattitude for their time and their work. They didn't just Install a new Furnace and AC in my house they left the place better than the found it, cleaned up afterthemselves and then some. The equipment they installed is awesome and the tested it throughly to make sure everything was working right and giving us their best! If you are looking for someone to repair, replace or install new these are the guys you are looking for!

I think I was one of Joel's first customers and I couldn't be happier! My old furnace was beyond its life expectancy, still working but not altogether safe. Joel and his crew worked a long day but got the old removed and the new installed with no inconvenience. Very well done, very professional!

Joel and his team came out to help with our HVAC needs. While there were a couple of hiccups with the initial work, Joel personally followed up, fixed everything at no charge, and even pointed out potential issues that could arise in a future inspection. He offered to take care of those as well for free to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciated his professionalism and commitment to making things right—I had a very positive experience overall.
