This company is very competent and their service is impeccable. I am very pleased. Had a furnace breakdown which needs to be replaced and they responded immediately!! So we get HEAT in a day or so. Plus they brought over several portable heaters for us to use until the furnace is installed. Thank you Sir.

After a very long week (since Monday) of turning space heaters on and off every time we left the house…we have heat! (Not complaining; it could have been so much worse) I do need to share my experience though on why who you use matters! I have a home warranty on the furnace and utilized it. They sent out an incredibly unethical and very unresponsive contractor who was trying to charge me $2,500 out of pocket (warranty was already replacing my furnace/labor) for unnecessary modifications and couldn’t have it installed until late next week. I chose to do the cash out and risked paying more to pick my own service provider. Talked to my brother in law who recommended I call Sims Heating and Cooling Service, Inc. Called them yesterday; new furnace was installed this morning. I’m super picky

Great customer service, quote provided in a timely manner. Our business had a fire so the entire heating and cooling system was removed and replaced. All new overhead ductwork in showroom, offices, excellent quality. The technicians actually cared about symmetry and looks. The entire crew worked with us on every aspect and I couldn’t be any happier! I highly recommend!

Before I get to my complaint I would like to say they were friendly, arrived on time and Work done properly. Now for the bad. They sent 2 people to do the work. 95 percent of the work was done by 1 guy while the other stood by watching. They billed me labor for 2 guys and when I called to complain they said they talked to the watching guy who said he held a pipe on the other side of the wall. The only thing I seen guy #2 do was check for leaks after repaired while the main guy wrote up the bill. I felt taken advantage of and will not use them for any future services.

We have used Sims for close to thirty years. We have always received excellent service from them. We recently had a new furnace placed in our home and the whole process was very smooth. We appreciate their courteous exceptional service. Every time.
