Choosing Ross and his team was a no brainer from start to finish! I requested bids from an online hub and Ross called within an hour to discuss details. Victor was out within a few days to do the walk through and after that we signed the agreement and the work was done as promised. Over the winter we did have a crack in the table top but after contacting Ross it was repaired the next Spring! Their pricing is incredibly reasonable and they don't overbid projects, they give you a fair quote. I’ve recommended Simstone to 3 of my neighbors and they have all had the same experience. We had an absolute horrible experience with Simstone. They did an awful job on our patio and did not stand by the work. One of their workers ran into our garage with their vehicle. They put leftover cement in the back of our yard. They did not protect the lawn at all from all of the chemicals. Half of the patio broke/cracked all the way through one of the saw lines. The patio steps were braking off after a year and the slope is double what it should be. Ross never would call back or show up when he said he would. Super shady. We ended up going to court and we got our money back. It took over two years to get our money because he would never show up and lied about bank accounts that he closed. He has done this to other people. Its all public record. We will get a new patio this summer from
