Sinopoli Contractors Inc

We contracted with Sinopoli Contractors (SC) to trench 200' of earth for our new driveway lampposts. In our 40 yrs. of owning homes, they are one of the very best contractors we've ever done business with. Here's some words that come to mind when I think about our recent interactions with them - fair, honest, punctual, great project management and project updates, talented tradesmen, thoughtful, considerate, hard working, delivered a great outcome, very high standards, family business They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time and as they proposed. Another personal touch, Vince Sinopoli (owner) stopped by the job when the crew finished to check the quality of the work and our level of satisfaction. They even went above and beyond - they put down straw instead of hay

Sinopoli Contractors finished paving our driveway yesterday, and it looks incredible. We made multiple changes after they started work, including adding a cement floor to a shed, adding a parking place by the garage, extending a walkway and moving how the driveway meets the road. They were helpful in every way, made informed suggestions on how to improve our property, and provided timely proposals with all our changes. I am so excited to enjoy the improvements to our yard. And I’ll miss visiting with the crew!

We contracted Sinopoli to install a new paved driveway and paver walkways at our home. The work was completed on schedule and very well done. They left the worksite seeded and within a few weeks it looks like the improvements were always there. Vincent Sr visited the job every day and Vincent Jr was on site almost every day I have worked with hundreds of contractors as part of my job and have to say Sinopoli was top notch and there were no issues. We had Sinopoli Contractors come out and do a foundation for our shed a few years ago, and they were so reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable that we brought them back to help us with our patio. Vincent was incredibly respectful of our budget concerns (and changes in budget that occurred) as well as patient with our questions throughout the project. Sinopoli's team was very well versed in how to approach our project, they ALWAYS showed up on time, took their time to let us review the project, and were immediately responsive to both emails and text messagse. Our patio came out exactly as we imagined and we are more than satisfied. We really feel confident in recommending Sinopoli to others, and would hire them again for future projects.

They created a beautiful retaining wall, as well as new stairs and railing, all of which have transformed the look and functionality of my outdoor space.
