I have to recognize one specific employee at the Grand Blanc location....Joe. I came by on a Saturday to pick up supplies for my business, not aware they had already closed. Joe was already on his way out of the parking lot as I attempted to pull in......he was nice enough to stop and offer to open back up for me.....I explained it wasn't an emergency, I can come back another day....he still insisted....I took him up on the offer, picked up what I needed. He definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service!

Oh wow! Huge help here and outstanding products. It's really a 'contractor place" but they also sell to motivated home owners! They load it up for you! They actually KNOW what they're selling. If you have a larger yard, and you can 'do it yourself ' then go here!

Ordered product over the phone that showed was order able on the website and waited for over a week only to find out they didn't place the order . Had to cancel multiple contractors to start other jobs because of this. Will never use site one again. Staff was rude and had no solution other than go to home depot, or menards. Try to give the business to the little hometown shop and this is what you get.
