Had a great experience with entire staff. Haven't used site one in a while, but will start coming back. Service with a smile, helpful, and quality was great.

I bought 3 lilac plants and all three died. Were installed in a sunny location with good irrigation. Having one plant die could mean anything, but having all three die means that there was an issue with the plants. SiteOne wouldn't provide any kind of warranty (even partial) replacement. I'll never buy from them again. Even Home Depot stands behind their plants!

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible and rude customer service. No plant guarantee. They have no reason to provide you with quality plants if they do not offer any sort of replacement option within the 1st year. Take it from me this place may be inexpensive but you are getting the quality/service you pay for... AVOID AVOID AVOID.
