Went there to pick up some fertilizer late one afternoon. The man in the warehouse barely acknowledged my husband and I. He was busy looking at his phone. Not a hello. Not a goodbye. Not a Can I help you? As we were pulling out, he stood outside, texting on his phone. Perhaps someone else was helping all of these other reviewers who swore by the great customer service. We certainly didn't experience it.

Great service comes with the quality of the product. Phil and Chris are well educated on any topic or product you throw at them. They can most definitely guide you through any trouble shooting you may have as well as directing you with the appropriate knowledge and proper steps to be taken in any field you are working with. I've been working with them for years on the Irrigation side and couldn't be happier with the products or the service. Very people oriented and they take pride in putting the customers first. SiteOne is the only OneSite I need. Thanks guys!

The guys there are very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Love going in because I always walk out with way more than just the products I bought. After discussing my problem, the guys actually help me understand how the solution is going to work !!!!
