I am very disappointed in this SiteOne in Mckinney. I bought a gallon of CrossXCheck pesticide. I used it twice and both times it went ransid and turned my filter black and rotten smelling. I tried to exchange it or get a refund and they would NOT do anything. They said just throw it away. Not good customer service. I have been using them for years because the are close. I will NOT be returning. I will drive to Veseris all the way down in Dallas for my materials. They don't care though.

I went there looking to buy some top soil in bulk. They didn't have that but were kind enough to recommend another local place that did. The clerk was both friendly and helpful. I will go back when I need some sprinkler equipment, which they have in abundance.
