From the 1st conversation with this company their customer service was impressive. They took the time to ask questions, give positive feedback, assisted in educating me of some of the alternatives or better solutions to my problem. I was so impressed with the knowledge and friendly customer service, i decided to upgrade my entire system. At least everyone i dealt with had knowledge of their parts, etc and even stayed open a few extra minutes for me while i was stuck in traffic. A lot better than doing business at STI..... Only irrigation distributor in The area I'd drive across town for. Service and reliability is unmatched by the competitors. They've got all of The hard to find items in stock 90% of the time and if they don't they can have it ordered and available quicker than anyone else.

Best irrigation guys in town. Always willing to help, and ask all the right questions to find the best solution to the problem.
