I recently visited SiteOne in San Juan Capistrano to find pavers for my backyard, and I had an amazing experience! The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Fernando—he went above and beyond to assist me. He was super nice and helped me find the exact pavers I’d been searching for, which I couldn’t locate anywhere else. Very rude on phone. Calling to get information about a very large paver purchase. Waited on hold for 10 mins Called back and they hung up on me twice. Hope the owner sees this because you just lost an huge order with this lack of customer service. What a bummer but giving another local building supply store my business instead.
