Ms. Fontanez exhibited a level of care, professionalism and expertise that is rare to find. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and gave me valuable insight to assist me in my purchase. Thanks to Wanda's help, I left the location feeling like SiteOne is a place that cares about its clientele and delivers top notch, knowledgeable service. One of the other workers there, Jesus was also great. Jesus was kind and helpful and was happy to assist me and answered several of my questions with noteworthy patience. I am an interior designer who has shopped here for a few years now. This being said I bought a few hundred dollars worth of plants and shrubs from them late Friday afternoon. I went to return 3 plants this morning. Anyway, I read the receipt and it said they would accept returns with a restocking fee. No problem, I go to return and they said "oh, no, we don't do returns." I explained that's not what is stated on the receipt. She would not do it. They have lost my business, both professionally and personally.

Pulling in can be a little confusing if they are busy but everyone is super helpful and friendly.

Customer service is top notch! Plants are very healthy and beautiful. Highly recommend!
