I just want to say a big thank you to Aiala from Sivan Windows. We built our ADU and ordered all of our windows and doors from Sivan. After almost two years, we noticed an issue with one of the French doors from the manufacturer. Even though so much time had passed, Aiala took full responsibility and made sure the problem was handled. She immediately coordinated with the manufacturer, brought their installer back to our property, and ensured the issue was fixed properly. I’ve had a really disappointing experience working with Oded at Sivan Windows. After spending $70,000 on windows and doors my order was delayed despite Oded knowing it was urgent that we got our order as soon as possible. Unfortunately that was just the start of my disappointment because when one window and one door of a 19 piece ordered arrived the door was incorrect. We had changed the color of the doors to bronze from surf but Oded only changed the color of the frame but left the divided lights green. I worked with Oded at Sivan Windows & Doors to replace some double-paned windows from the 80’s that had fogged up. It was easy to set up the appointment to get a quote, and Oded patiently explained their process and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to hire them and was very helpful. His office staff were also always quick to answer the phone and a pleasure to work with. Great Quality - prices -professional and reliable advice from Oded -the sales person ;) I replaced a huge portion of doors and windows with Milgard fiberglass ultra C 650 style - I will replace more windows during summer and will order and work with this company AGAIN to complete my project. Installers also great - hard working- fast and clean well after installation.
