I have no complaints about the product itself. However, I am a dealer who wrote a check for over $2,600, and the company deposited the same check twice, resulting in double payment for a single order. I do not understand how they were able to process it under a different check number, but both transactions cleared. Nearly two weeks later, after speaking with Ivan, the salesman who was very apologetic, I was disappointed by his manager, Victor. Victor was dismissive and acted as though this was not a serious issue, questioning why I was upset. Today, I contacted Chase Bank, which Victor claimed they bank with, and was informed that there has been no attempt on their part to issue a refund. As a result, I have initiated a claim against them. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. T
