We love our kitchen rehab, and highly recommend SK Remodeling. I've worked with many contractors and Samir was excellent! He's professional, skillful, a problem solver and easy to work with. We did a full kitchen gut down to the studs, removing outside windows, doors and changing a roof line and rerouted some heating and cooling. He took out chimney stack running through 4 floors to make more room. The house was built in 1903 so nothing was level and there are always surprises withold houses and he handled them perfectly. He transformed the entire space working well us, the with the architect, cabinet maker and his subs. Samir was right on schedule, cleaned up after each day, showed up on time and worked around delays out of his control. His pricing was fair as well. The end result is

We asked Samir to remodel our hideous 1980s bathroom with outdated plumbing and electrical. He worked with us to design a beautiful modern bathroom with up-to-date plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and finishings. During the quoting process, he made sure to explain what he might find that would affect the timeline, and during the three-week project, he was reliable and friendly and kept our house as clean as possible every day before he left. We would and have absolutely recommended him to friends looking for help with their remodeling projects.

I feel so fortunate to have found Samir! He recently completed a very complicated laundry room/kitchen renovation for me and I am thrilled with the end result. Samir is extremely professional, detailed oriented, hard working, trustworthy and easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Professional from top to bottom. Every step of the way their quality craftsmanship showed. They worked diligently to make sure the project was done right and on time. We had Samir do a full remodel to our bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. I can't say enough positive things about working with SK Remodeling. Samir was professional and responsive in communication, willing to work within my budget, managed to squeeze me into his packed schedule, did beautiful work with a perfectionist's attention to detail, and tolerated a grumpy dog occasionally barking at him while he worked. He went above and beyond to make my bathroom renovation happen (including helping me source a new vanity last minute when my original one arrived damaged).
