Neil, Skaggs-Walsh's purely professional technician, deserves more than the standard $5.00 bonus with his thorough diagnosis and repair of my oil boiler, bringing it alive with engaging chats as I watched. Wisely, he advised thoughtless me to get get a new air filter immediately, replacing the bursting one with a more reasonable air filter lying nearby. Unprofessional and unacceptable treatment by Allison On February 8, 2026 at 4:45 a.m., my boiler stopped working. I contacted Skaggs Walsh and was told the morning technician would start at 6:00 a.m. with just a few calls ahead of me, which I understood. When I called back at 8:30 a.m. and explained that my pipes were frozen, Allison told me the wait would be “extremely long” and began questioning my service contract. My contract had previously been canceled by Skaggs Walsh solely because I do not use 700 gallons of oil annually, despite the fact that I continue to purchase oil at full-service pricing. When I simply asked for an estimated time of arrival, Allison responded by saying, “I will cancel your contract now.” This response was unnecessary, punitive, and inappropriate during a he
