Maintenance of our boiler system was done by Jeffrey and Adrian. I NEVER leave comments, but these gentleman were so through, clean and knowledgeable that I simply had to. Amazing job, done quickly and with so much care with their mission that I was Blown away!!!!

Unprofessional. Did not show up to scheduled appointment with no notifications. Called twice last week to confirm and still no show. If they cant even get the scheduling right I wouldn't expect quality service all around. Complete disappointment.

Had a wonderful experience with Skinner Plumbing. Our toilet was leaking into the neighbors ceiling. The office was great at communicating through emails and phone calls, they helped process the paperwork quickly in order to be able to come the next day for the repair, they were upfront about cost for time and materials. I was able to supply my own materials and they put the new toilet in the very next day. Two plumbers showed up, Oneil and Joshua. They were professional and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

I Had an emergency. I contacted 3 other plumbers before I found Skinner. Everyone quoted crazy prices without even seeing the job! Skinner had a van down within the hour and fixed my issues for a fair price. Will use again.Quick add on to my review. Woke up to a freezing house this Sunday. Called Skinner and they had a crew there 50 minutes and the issue was fixed in 30 minutes. They even cleaned out my system at no extra charge and then hung around for an half hour more to make sure the issue was fixed. Professional, fast, and honest.

True story: - called Skinner to quote a job, made it clear my best quote was $900 so price would need to be below that - agreed to a diagnostic at $230/hr - person came to site, did the work without calling or my authorization - Sent invoice for $1525, when I tried to dispute they said (quite angrily and repeatedly) I need to pay in 1 day or they'd put a lien on the property
