Do NOT hire this company. Our experience was a complete nightmare and a total rip-off. First, they are not honest about their pricing. When we booked the job, the girl on the phone named Katie never mentioned that they charge drive time to and from the job site. That little detail magically appeared after the job was finished, adding an extra $60 to our bill that was never disclosed upfront. That is extremely misleading. Second, they completely destroyed our furniture. They showed up with saran wrap but didn’t even bother to use it to protect anything. Instead, they stacked furniture on top of each other with no care at all. By the time we were unloading our U-Haul and finally got to the back of the truck, we discovered multiple items were damaged because of the way they piled everything

Absolutely could not have completed loading my rental truck with out Grant and Dorien. I had all boxes packed and needed their help and expertise loading the truck.They arrived on time, worked fast and efficiently and took away all my stress of loading my 26' rental truck. They offered very helpful suggestions to make the packing better. I highly recommend Skinny Wimps for any moving service needed

DO NOT USE! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company. Initially, I received a quote for the move, but shortly after the service commenced, an additional charge of $60 was added for "drive time," despite being only five minutes from my residence. Furthermore, the handling of my belongings was unacceptable. The movers stacked wood on wood without proper protection, resulting in significant damage to over $3,000 worth of furniture. Specifically, my son's dresser was broken, and the knobs were detached during the loading process. Additionally, heavy items were placed atop boxes labeled "FRAGILE," leading to the breakage of several glassware pieces. Katie, Kyle and their crew were extremely polite and patient. We very much appreciated the care they took with my mother's things and their efficiency. Nothing wimpy about this team! I had a small but complex local move, and Katie really came through for me, reassuring me every step of the way, staying in touch, and coordinating my move to perfection! Grant and Dorian showed up exactly on time, and were kind, professional, and efficient. I made them pose for a photo with my antique secretary that they treated with TLC.
