Maria is always very helpful and is super creative. She helped me pick a beautiful backsplash to go in my kitchen. If it wasn't for Maria, I would have settled on a basic beige subway tile. Thank you Maria!

We where looking for 2 pieces of granite for kitchen islands we already have. The store is nice enough but the first time I went in the woman behind the counter did not seem to have the time of day to spend with me even though there was nobody in the place. When she did help the attitude seemed like the project was not big enough for the small shop. I took my wife there the following weekend and she also felt the counter woman had a really bad attitude, almost to the point of snobby. Granted this would not have been a big sale, around $1,000 but at least be nice about shooing away a smaller customer. For us a decent size remnant would have worked, cut and beveled to fit into the islands. The lady helping seemed to have no interest in finding something that would work. We wound up go

I could not agree more with one of the previous reviews. My husband and I walked into the store and were rudely greeted. When we explained to her what we were looking for (granite countertop) she basically scoffed at us. She acted as though she didn't have time for us (there wasn't anyone else in the store) and couldn't be bothered with such a small job. She wasn't willing to offer alternate suggestions, just basically wanted us gone. Her people skills definitely need improving.

We were sent here by our contractor. I had the same experience with the woman being condescending and not at all helpful. We were having a master bath done and were looking for wall tile, floor tile and river rock so it was not a small or inexpensive job. If you like her taste, then you would probably be fine. She felt our bath was going to be "whimsical" and said it with disdain. My husband and I would not have used them if it weren't for the contractor. My neighbor told me she had the same experience before I even told her about ours! I recommend Santoro in Norristown. The women there are helpful, let you take samples home to see them in your location/light, and they have a huge selection.

l love the Italian tile I bought from Skippack’s. Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with my selection. I am a realtor and I will definitely be recommending this Tile shop on the future.
