We recently had Sky Light Roofing replace our residential roof and we are very pleased. The estimate was not the lowest and not the highest but the workmanship was 1st rate. We watched this company replace 3 other roofs in our premium neighborhood and talked with each of the home owners after their jobs were completed. All 3 stated they were all pleased with the job that was done on their homes. We were quoted it would be a day and 1/2 to complete our home because of the size. The crew showed up at 6:15 am, there were 12 workers and they completed the job by 7:45 pm the same day. They covered the driveway with tarps as requested, they used a rubber tired trailer (dumpster) to place all the solor panels, pipes and old roof shingles and tar paper so my driveway was not damaged or marked u

Highly recommend Skylight Roofing after they recently replaced our roof. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup their service was extremely professional. They kept us informed every step of the way. With all of the roofing scams going door to door it was a pleasure to do business with such an honest company. Starting off with meeting Brent Maloy to receive an explanation of their process along with a detailed proposal for the replacement. They did and outstanding job from start to finish. Pablo was our installation supervisor and was just an outstanding professional. He made sure everything was done as expected. We can't say enough positives about Pablo. His two crews were excellent. They were just so efficient. They completed the job in one day and the site clean up was absolutely the best. Sky Light Roofing provided a clear and straightforward estimate for our roof replacement in The Villages. They outlined the process for approvals and post inspections including the Wind Mitigation inspection. They provided us with all documentation including pictures of the roof install for our insurance company's records and update to our policy. The staff was always very helpful! Great Company to use.
