I am very happy with the installation of my granite countertops. The process went very well, the installers arrived on time, protected the floors and ensured that everything was right before they left. Mary Jane really sealed the sale for me when she answered my questions and helped with things to get done before the install. We were desperately searching for a piece of discontinued MSI quartz needed to match other elements in our kitchen. After contacting/visiting numerous fabricators (and MSI) in the NOVA area without success, the amazing MaryJane, receptionist and talented sleuth, let us know that she thought Sky had a piece in the size we needed. She had happened to notice the name on the edge of a piece, went back to confirm and then again to measure it, and got in touch with us. When we visited to confirm, she walked us through the order process and answered all of our questions; we had the piece a few days later. Throughout the process, MaryJane and the crew were efficient and accommodating. When the need arises, we will return.
