If I could give a no-star rating I would. The one star is being too nice. Me and my sister meet up twice a year and this time we decided to go to a restaurant called Mei Mei(great place 10/10) that’s located next door to this parking garage. We bought $400 worth of food and took these expensive pictures that came in frames. We were so excited to explore the city that we decided to eat later and put everything in the car. We asked to go to the car ourselves and we were assured that they would take care of it and do it themselves. Once we finished our night, we returned to NO BAGS. They told us that they put it in the wrong car and the car left. We were confused because they took our ticket, read off the number and proceeded to go to our parked car. This garage is now called strawberry parking. Attending was rude when I went to go pick up my vehicle gave me a straight attitude. I work in the industry finished working came to pick up my vehicle price was a little higher than normal do that I got out a little later than average. Had no issue with it paid it. Then asked a legitimate question about my handicap parking in the handicap spot in the garage. I asked about how there was no handicap parking pricing or designation for oversized handicap vehicles as my vehicle completely fit in the handicap spot. The person couldn’t give me an answer and started getting loud and rude with me as I was never loud and rude with them. A star isn't even deserved. The attendants are rude, they do not care about the cars or customers, and you get very sketchy vibe almost immediately coming in here. I considered using this garage for monthly parking until I witnessed them doing a burnout, in a customers car, to get up the ramp.

Don’t park here, they will rob your money. 40 min 15$. This people don’t have not even adjusted prices with signs. The dude was super sketchy and mumbled everything he said.

Litterally gave my car to the wrong person no owner and I had to call the police FO NOT PARK HERE THEY WILL STEAK FROM YOU AND OFFER NO HELP
