I couldn't have had a worse experience with this moving company. The movers showed up looking like they were hired off of the street. They packed up my items and were off. 8 days later they showed up at my new place. The driver had hired some random people to help with the move and only one showed up, leaving them very understaffed. As they began to move my furniture inside I noticed that everything that wasn't in a box was broken. My couch, TV, TV console, chairs, bikes, piano and lamp were all destroyed. It was so bad that the driver called the owner of the company and told him he had never seen anything this bad. I filled out the appropriate paperwork for the insurance and after 4 months of phone calls and emails, I was told they would reimburse me $149 for the $5,000 worth of damage th

I wish i could give them 2 1/2 stars but it’s not an option. I originally received my quote from Trinity Relocation Group and these guys showed up. First of all, I was told that I’d be contacted 24-48 hours for pick up of my household items.I received phone call 18 hours before they were to arrive. Then once they arrived to pick up my items, i was told that I had way more stuff than was quoted. But to be honest I had eliminated multiple items that would reduce the cubic footage needed. Anyway, because of their guesstimation, ended up paying twice as much as was quoted to me for pickup. So I paid the additional $2k to have my items shipped as I was moving cross country. I unfortunately booked this moving company through a broker for my move from LA to South Carolina. Originally we were told delivery would occur within 2-14 days which I knew probably wouldn’t be the case since it was a cross country move. When they picked up my stuff on 6/19 I was also told it would be a couple of weeks, and the paperwork I signed says within 30 days. They have sent me two emails now saying my stuff was being loaded onto the new truck, meaning it’s been here. The last communication I received was on 7/9 telling me that my delivery window would be between 7/21 and 7/26. Today is 7/26 and I still haven’t heard anything from the moving company on my delivery. It has been 5 1/2 weeks today since they picked up my stuff, which wasn’t even a lot. They give us dates of pick-up & delivery along with pricing for an out of state move. Once picked up on Saturday June 19th pricing went up almost 50%. It's now Tuesday June 29th & we still don't have our stuff. We also made the drive 4 days after them & we have been in TX since Thursday & as of today the 29th our stuff is still in CA with no ETA. We should have just bought all new furniture. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone. You'll be sitting in an empty house buying the items you already own all over again like us.

They made sure that the process would be stress free. Very pleased!! I even asked for a favor that the delivery be pushed up 2 days and they were able to accomodate. Thank you for the excellent service, I have and I will continue to recommend you for anyone in need of a mover!
