Ive always been pleased with the technicians who come out for regularly scheduled maintenance. Thanks for sending James this week. He explained an issue with my unit in a way I can easily understand. I appreciate that they always take photos of my unit and attic so I can see before and current condition. James walked me thru what he was doing, gave helpful recommendations, and offered options without pushing anything on me. He clearly explained best/worst case scenarios, as well as the cost range and what each choice means for the future. Highly Recommend this company.

We've had Skyward (and the company they purchased) taking care of our HVAC needs for five years now. We have a larger house that has FOUR units, so there is a lot to take care of. All of their technicians have been great, but our favorite has to be Andrew. He's patient and listens to us and then carefully explains all of the work he does. He shows up on time and is just a nice person as well as knowledgeable of the work required.

The installers, Johnathan and Daniel, we're very professional and courteous and answered all questions about the install. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend Skyward to those needing HVAC install or repair.
