Slakeys is one of the supply houses I use the most. Customer service is top notch. Now they have the text base services its awesome you can text what you need and they text back availability and price..I like the old fashioned customer service I go somewhere because I like the interaction..they definitely meet those expectations..

Got a cozy heater from here about six weeks ago. Pilot light won't stay lit, after numerous adjustments by a qualified installation contractor,(done at Slakeys demand) Slakey is apparently doing nothing to replace this faulty appliance. My calls to the manager John have gone unreturned as he has never actually been in the office when I call, but seems to have sick and extended lunch issues. I strongly discourage purchasing any appliance through this company.

Don't ask them anything out of their tiny domain, they just don't know and are unable to think outside the box. I came in asking about plumbing fir my tiny house, couldn't even help me with standard parts

Always super helpful and have great selection. I come here anytime I have a tricky situation with HVAC.
