My call was returned within minutes of them opening. They were very nice and understanding and able to get a technician out within a reasonable amount of time, he was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Came to my house, to pump my spectic system, while digging up my tank lids cut my pump wire. Threw conduit and wire , pumped system charged extra and left and never said a word about cutting pipe and wire to pump. Had to call electrician, which ended up costing me double what the pump cost. Thanks

Just called to set up our next pump & realized I have never left a review for their amazing service! We became customers of theirs after needing an emergency pump years ago, we were 18 year olds who had no idea how to care for the home we acquired after a death in the family, and in hindsight, could have easily been taken advantage of. They came to us right away, took care of the backup, gave us the how-to’s on keeping up with a septic system, and we are so very grateful! We now use them at our new home and are always happy to recommend them to any friends and family.

Slaughter came out with the engine with them just a few hours and took care of our issue quickly.. Very friendly, and an excellent job. Even took extra time to do some clean-up that he didn't have to do. The price is excellent as well. Very highly recommended.

I was just randomly googling for septic services and Slaughter came up. I am so glad he did. He was so nice, and showed me how to clean the filter or unclog if something became clogged... all around great customer service!
