Is there a such thing as negative stars? I would employ this rating if I could. I chose slide lok after getting referred by a friend who seemed satisfied with his garage floor. Well…after 4 attempts to complete my project, numerous excuses, poor customer service and then being completely ghosted by the installer, my floor is starting to peel 5 months after completion. I contacted the corporate office in AZ for help with this but have not even received a courtesy phone call after 2 calls and a detailed email. I am posting this review to help others avoid a very expensive mistake. Please consider other installers for your home. Stay as far from these individuals as possible.

I would give this company a negative star if I could. They did my garage floor, small 20X20, and less than one year after the application it started to show flaws in the sealer. They told me that it had too much shark bite, so they resealed a 10X20 section and wanted to charge me $500 to do the other section, I said no, because my warranty is for 15 years and at that time it had only been one year. Shortly after that the section they resealed started to peel. I contacted Brian S. in Arizona, whose name is on my warranty paper. After 2 years of emails, photos and phone calls, trying to get them to fix it, he simply stopped answering me. I took him to small claims court. I would give zero stars if possible. I am very disappointed with Slide-Lok I had my garage floor done 2 years ago using Side-Lok. Two weeks after the floor was replaced, rust started coming from beneath the surface in several places. Prior to their work, I never had rust on the cement floor; therefore it must have been something they did to prep the floor for their product. I suspect this rust came from the rebar, if this is true, they gave no warning and provide no guarantee to cover this. After months of calling and leaving messages they did try to repair the spots and then said there was nothing more they could do. A WARNING TO ANY ONE WITH REBAR IN THEIR CEMENT, IF THERE IS ANY MOISTURE IN THE GROUND IT COULD RUST AND COME TO THE TOP OF YOUR NEW FLOOR. I was told to get a rug t
