No communication when delivery date goes past the date they said. Literally 0. Only communication they allow is via email. In addition, they broke a part of my tank and said NOTHING. I should have read previous reviews before using. @Slomins, I fully expect you to get back to me and explain how you broke my tank and when you intend to replace the cracked parts.

I have over 150 reviews with more then 87,000 views I rarely give a negative review. But there are times when buyers really need to be ware. We usually get our oil from a reliable company called Hacketstown. We decided to try something different. Slomins website had a banner that said immediate delivery. Our tank was getting low. We assumed it would arrive within a couple of days. ONCE we paid, the reciept stated it would be 5 business days. When we reached out they said it showed a delivery for Sat the 14th of February. We let them know we were low on oil. They said they would make a note about earlier delivery.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life with these guys. Ordered my oil on a Monday with a delivery date of Thursday. Payment was taken immediately and an invoice sent out but no delivery date on the invoice, so I call. The representative tells me all correspondence must be done via email. So I email. The unnamed rep who responds says the delivery is scheduled for Friday. They don’t sign their emails so there’s no way to hold anyone accountable. That’s a day later than originally told but no big deal. Friday comes and still no delivery, no communication saying there’s a delay, nothing. I am now nearly out of oil after waiting 5 days for this delivery. I call again and ask to speak with someone who can ensure my delivery will be made on the promised date of Friday (it’s early F

On EMPTY and they say it is not possible for a delivery today. I’ve called 3x already and get nowhere. Our account says we should have had a delivery on 2/12 but we never received one. Now I have to call another company for an emergency COD delivery. This is ridiculous!!! I have Slomins alarm, heating and AC, this level of customer service is dumbfounding. They have call centers that cannot even help, they have to send a message and it could take 24/48 hrs for a response.

This company is terrible!! DO NOT USE THEM!! A month ago I placed an order for home heating oil and received no confirmation of my order although the money came out of my account. I contacted a rep via chat who said they couldn’t help me but gave me a contact number. Called the contact number to confirm my order and was transferred to someone else who said they couldn’t help me and that there was no number for me to call to get assistance. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! How is there no number to call to resolve issues. I went back to the online chat- they gave me an email to contact. I contacted said email MULTIPLE times with no response.
