Eddie Mendez and Erik Garcia were outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was clear, timely, and professional. They were thorough in their work and respectful in our home. What really stood out was their commitment to making sure everything was done to their excellent standard. They took the time to explain the project and made sure we felt confident and informed prior to it starting and once completed. I called SM Heating and Airconditioning services on a freezing morning when my heating furnace stopped. SM was very responsive and sent Rouby Metellus. He arrived on the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and repair was completed quickly. Rouby was very efficient and was able to explain to me the potential cause of the problem. He even made sure to wear shoe covers to avoid making a mess on my floor. The system is now running smoothly. I was impressed by the responsiveness and expertise of this company and their technician. This company is highly recommended!

I have baseboard heating in my house and some of them were working and some of them weren’t. I called S & M Heating and they came within two days. Eddie, my technician, was absolutely wonderful. He showed me what went wrong, fixed it and showed me how to use my thermostat properly. He was kind and genuine, and very patient with me as I am a newly single female homeowner. I would highly recommend S&M Heating to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough and I feel very ease now.

I had a very disappointing experience with this heating company. What was supposed to be a routine maintenance visit ended with the technician shutting off my heat and telling me I needed to replace the entire unit. No written documentation, carbon monoxide readings, or official measurements were provided to explain why the heat had to be turned off. I was not given a report or red tag notice — just pictures and then told the system was unsafe and needed full replacement at the tune of $12,000 Replacing a heating unit is a major expense, and I expected clear proof and proper documentation before such a serious decision was made. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I wound up having another Heating company come out as an emergency call and noted that I only had to get part of the unit re

Absolutely excellent service! I loved that I could book the appointment online — no calling, no leaving messages, and no waiting for a callback. Erick and Joe arrived right on time, put special covers on their shoes before entering my home, and were very respectful. They diagnosed and fixed my boiler quickly and professionally. Most importantly, they were honest, didn’t take advantage of the situation, and the price was very fair. My heating works perfectly now. Highly recommend this company!
