He promptly scheduled a visit. It was clear to me he is technologically proficient, experienced, and dedicated to improving his customers' comfort and energy savings. Even though Christmas was a few days away, Roy was able to schedule two projects that SM Mechanical completed 100% satisfactory and on time. Electrician Alex Ulanov wired and installed exhaust fans with heaters--they're GREAT! you should get them--in two bathrooms, vented out of the house. The owner personally came out to give us an estimate and was incredibly honest—so much so that he told us we didn’t need a new system yet and said he couldn’t, in good conscience, recommend one unless it was truly necessary. I have used this company for all of my heat pump needs. They are mannerly, on time, and neat and clean. This time my pipes were frozen and Purcell went far and beyond to get them clear. Our entire experience from diagnosis of problem, estimate of possible repair, and estimate to replace system was very professional. We decided to replace entire system. Brad Foxwell provided an extremely reasonable estimate to replace system. Within 2 business days from time of ordering system, SM Mechanical dispatched personnel to perform removal and installation of new system. The lead technician, Anthony Vucci and his helper John arrived early this morning. They immediately set up to start the job. Their customer service is excellent. The professional performance of their job is greatly appreciated. We could not be more satisfied with our total experience. We would highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide.
