I had a very severe case of creosote buildup, and Joe was incredibly communicative, helpful, timely, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and clear explanations made the whole service easy to understand and trust. In addition to that, his pricing was fair—especially considering the level of care and expertise he brought to the job. I had a fantastic experience with Joe. Not only was he timely and professional, he was incredibly thorough and honest throughout the entire chimney inspection. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. He even went as far as giving me recommendations for alternate options that didn’t involve using his own services—talk about integrity! A true gentlemen, and an honest man’s chimney guy. Joe was very polite and courteous, he explained in detail the most cost effective way to waterproof my chimney. He was punctual, for our appointment, kept me updated every step of the way, and left my chimney exterior looking way better than what we started with. I cannot say enough things about his work. Joe was exceptional to work with! He arrived on time, dressed professionally, and was very polite with my 93 year old mom. After doing a thorough inspection of the two chimneys in my mom's 65 year old house, he shared a video, and explained the findings in detail with recommendations. It is obvious that he enjoys his work and helping people. We also appreciated his knowledge, and concern for safety.
