Darrell was friendly, helpful and professional. He thoroughly checked over the home I hope to buy. The verbal report at the end of the inspection was clear with real problems specifically highlighted and less urgent repairs gently recommended. The report was very in depth and gave me more confidence going into the purchase contract. I 100% recommend this inspection company.
