Reaching out to this company was the best choice I made. I called them to fix my washer as the water won't drain completely after the cycle. The technician came within 1hr and he as able to diagnose the issue quickly and accurately. He then briefly explained the problem to us and fixed it in 30min. I was impressed by the quick and professional service and for its fair price. I would highly recommend their service for appliance repair!

Our fridge stopped cooling on Sunday morning. We called for help & David was able to come and fix it the same day. Fridge is cooling great again, and we are grateful. The broken motor was covered by LG warranty, but we had to pay for labor to install. Given the work needed, the price was fair. Rather than being mad at service workers about repair prices, we should be mad at the companies making these appliances with shoddy parts that don't last long. Thanks for your help David!!
