From the very first conversation, he treated my project with a level of care and respect that instantly put me at ease. Dmitri is fully licensed and insured, and he provided every document needed for permits without hesitation. We had a wonderful experience with Dimitri and his company Smart Choice Construction! He was so responsive to any query txt We sent, and remained professional always! Once he understood what we wanted, his plans to achieve our goal were clear, and well drawn out. He was very accommodating when we enlarged our patio, from the original design. His pricing is very very fair, and came in 30-50% less than the 2 other companies we had bids from. He and his crew were always on time, and respectful of our space, there were 2 delays (1-3 days) but always due to supply issues and Dimitri always called to explain why they would not be coming over. I just finished laying the decking and was praising Dmitri's precision work in building a perfect framing every foot of decking laid. One cannot go wrong with him.
