TLC landscaping sells firewood. Their ad on Facebook said “seasoned wood”. Everyone knows seasoned means moisture content <20%. I ordered one and a half cords for $425. The wood was delivered promptly. The cut, cleanliness, and quality of the wood was very good. THE BAD: 1. The attached picture shows less than 1 1/2 was delivered. 2. The moisture content of the split wood was 42%. That means it will not burn. (See unburned wood in picture after 15 minutes in hot fire.) 3. When I reached out to the owner he told me he had “not one other person complain about (his) product”. He refused to believe the reading from the moisture meter. 4. He said he would bring me dry wood to test on a Thursday, but never showed up or called to reschedule. 5. I offered him a $100 just to remove his delivery

I had a great experience working with TLC Landscape Services. They were responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, which made everything easy and stress-free. I reached out to Matt for delivery of a cord of firewood. He was quick to respond and able to deliver promptly even with a big snowstorm that just rolled through. He was on time, friendly and showed me using a moisture meter that the firewood was dry and seasoned. He also followed the next day to see how things were going.

We used TLC to plant 5 arborvitae along our patio for privacy a few years back. All of the bushes are thriving to this day. I also use Matt/TLC for all of my firewood deliveries. Really great local company that I’ll use whenever I can.

I contacted Matt for some firewood and he was super helpful and responsive. Delivered it to my place at a better price than other firewood sellers in the area. Highly recommend! I'll be going back to Matt in the future.
