Smart Choice installed 3 Bosch mini-splits for me and I couldn't be happier. The installers were courteous, fast and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Smart Choice. I have been using them for a few years for my preventative maintenance on my AC/Heating unit. I had Adam and Steven come out today. They were both professional and knowledgeable about my unit and what needed to be done so I have heat this winter. They found a gas valve which was defective. It worked at first. But thanks to them for rechecking it before they left and it wouldn't work and now I can have it replaced before winter. I am so grateful they found this and it will be fixed. They stayed with me while I called my home warranty and we set up a new work order to have this valve replaced. I think they both deserve a raise and kudos!!!!
