Smart Closets

I had a vision for my closet that Smart Closets was able to create to a T. Some custom closet companies are very rigid in what they're willing to do and how, but no matter what I wanted (e.g. an extended shelf that could simultaneously serve as a step), Smart Closets was able and willing to do it. They were even patient when the drawer handles I'd specially ordered arrived after installation, and returned to install the handles at a later date. Incredibly happy with how everything turned out!

I cannot overstate how great Smart Closets is----they exceeded my expectations at every step of the project. They did 3 closets for us (2 reach-ins, 1 walk-in) as well as an 8 ft x 11 ft custom wardrobe (pictured). They were clear and responsive in the project intake, so we were able to move quickly. Ben came by to refine the designs, and his knowledge was invaluable in ensuring that we were able to execute on our vision while still attending to our storage needs. The installation process was straightforward, with Ben making smart adjustments along the way to ensure that the final outcome would meet our needs. Smart Closets helped us design and install four closets in our Brooklyn apartment. The best closets company in New York. Great communicators, the work was beautifully done, worked to get the designs right, and you can tell the guys who come to do the work have been w the company a long time and take pride in their work. I also found the pricing very competitive and even better than most of what I heard of our neighbors using other vendors. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
