We chose to reach out to smart environmental services for asbestos testing because of all the amazing reviews we read. Now we are here to post our five star review because they truly are great to work with. Marie was quick to reach out, a great communicator and very accommodating when we had a last minute conflict come up. Jerry was professional, punctual and very informative when stopping by to take samples of our popcorn ceiling. Test results were turned around next day which was very convenient and we were glad to read our ceilings do not contain asbestos (we were fearing the worst since our house was built in the 60s). We will for sure reach out to them in the future should we need it and if not for sure recommend them to all our family and friends.

From the call to set up the appointment to when we had our evaluation, Smart Environmental Services was the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind service I've ever booked. Quick service and setup, keen attention to detail, and very courteous inside the home. (It felt as if they were a neighbor we had known for a long time.) Not only did they save us money regarding our asbestos, they gave us a wealth of helpful knowledge during our evaluation. Top notch team at Smart Environmental Services. Marie and Pony were exceptionally helpful and communicative in explaining everything. The team who helped removed the asbestos tile from our home was also superb. Very professional, fast, and efficient. Smart answered all of our questions and took our concerns seriously, and they also took the time to really help us understand the issues and priorities for removal and abatement. Truly phenomenal and we are so appreciative of their expertise.
