In my opinion you should never use Smart foundation repair. To begin with, they began changing what was promised from the time i handed them the deposit. At signing I was not shone whole agreement mainly what i was shone was how much was paid and owed. The copy that was sent to me by email that included whole agreement with changes, I only read about two pages at that time. I went to finish reading before 3 day cancellation window to fininh reading and it was no longer availablle to read. They sent about 3 inexperienced kids out with little to no supervision. They did not follow plan, and raised a portion of house that did much damage. I called city to ask why no permit was on house and no inspections were being done. They informed me that no permit had been issued and they were not ev

I would give a ten star review for this company if I could. They helped me with foundation and water problems in my family home that I was not sure could be fixed. I was impressed with the services from the beginning to the end of the process. During the initial assessment the problems were identified and carefully explained to me along with a range of possible solutions. Pros and cons of the choices were explained so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated their flexibility since I was trying to manage this project from another state and much of the planning needed to be done via phone or email. I was given a contact person to work with during the project. Any questions/concerns I had were quickly addressed. Work started and finished within the schedule they gave me.

Smart Foundation provided excellent service and what appears to be excellent quality work. Christian and his crew were very hard-working and it was amazing how much dirt they dug up and disposed of to pour the concrete footings, makes us feel much safer in our home with the added support. Melina in the office provided excellent customer service and they even provided the HVAC person to come out to reroute a vent when it was needed due to the pier placement. Thank you to the crew!
