I had a mostly good experience , here is a synopsis. Our furnace blower stopped functioning the day before Christmas. I was very happy that Juan was able to come out that day and diagnose the problem. The service call was $99. They said they had a part in stock and could install it on 12/26 and the price seemed reasonable. I would have preferred to get a quote that separated the cost of the labor from the cost of the part so I could know how much I was paying for each. They came on the 26th and did the repair and the service seemed professional. The only downside was that they didn’t test the thermostat function completely prior to leaving so that when I tried to turn off the heater 20 minutes later it would not go off. Despite being improperly sized and installed by a different company, it had a good run. I switched to Smart Heating and AC for our servicing and maintenance a couple years ago, and have been so happy with them, I knew they were the ones I wanted for a new system too!
