I purchased a standard single latch smart door lock, and what can I say, it’s actually better than digging for my keys in my bag after work, my hands full with bags/groceries when i could use my phone as my keys or a simple PIN code, or a fingerprint! I decided to go with the non 3D face recognition but maybe I’ll upgrade to that soon. My package arrived in the time range it stated when I purchased it so that was nice. The packaging was nicely done. I would definitely order from Smart Living & Technology again in the future for my home upgrades.

I remodeled my master bath and purchased a shower system through my contractor. The temperature control valve is not compatible with anything but their parts. So I got the part from them and wasn't told there are 2 sizes. So of course the first one my handyman tried to install was too short. Finally found out we needed the longer one, and got it installed and now there is a pressure humming sound when I turn on the shower. Been more than a week after emailing their support email address with a video of the problem and still no response. Going there to pick up parts was an experience - young girl sitting behind a counter who doesn't answer the phone during the work day is also ridiculous. Steer clear of this company when looking at their lack of customer service and response time.

I purchased a toilet years ago that I loved. I even wrote a review on the website. About 6 months ago, the toilet seat cracked. I reached out to ask for a replacement. This company is literally ghosting me--- one return my emails or WhatsApp messages. Won't ever pick up the phone. Avoid buying from here at all costs!

I purchased a smart toilet from this company and the dryer function quit working. I have been corresponding with customer service since January and have sent a video of the function not working. It is now the end of April and I have been given no more than one suggestion to fix the issue which did not work. Email responses are painfully slow and sometimes I have to email twice and ask for a reply. They advertise on their website about all their satisfied customers, I’m finding that hard to believe!! My toilet will soon be out of warranty and I’m sure that’s what they are waiting for !

I have purchased my kitchen sink (MERSA) And now I have upgraded my bathrooms with smart toilets. All items have arrived in a timely manner. Packaged very well! Was very concerned about my toilets coming broken but they made it with out any issues. My next purchase is a new shower which I am anxiously waiting for that to come. Lowes and Home Depot have nothing on Smart Living. If you want luxury and quality this is the place to make your purchases. I am one happy customer thank you smart living!
