I had a fantastic experience with Smart Turf--Bo and his team were responsive, extremely helpful and everything turned out even better and more affordable than I could have imagined! I had a really small back patio area I was looking for new options in, most of the companies I reached out to for quotes either quoted an exorbitant price to make up for the small size, or told me it wouldn't be worth my or their time. Smart Turf, however, came right now, outlined options for me, worked with me, listened to my concerns and helped me pick what would best suit for my needs. They were in and out in one day and helped put in a new drainage solution (which worked beautifully when it rained last week, no more flooded patio!!)! We had several companies come out to give us quotes to cover a portion of our playground. Chris was courteous and professional. He gave us several options and explained the process from start to finish answering all of our questions. It has completely transformed our playground; Manny did an amazing job as well! The whole area was nice and tidy- no mess or scraps left behind. It was done in a weekend and our teachers and kiddos came in to a wonderful play area on Monday morning. It is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. We recommend Smart Turf and look forward to them completing our other playground in the near future.

Smart Turf installed my putting green in late February 2022 and within eight weeks, the turf started showing signs of imperfections such as wrinkling and lack of adhesion to the surface. I have been attempting to get Bo and Eli at Smart Turf to honor their one year installation warranty for the last two months with no success. If you are looking at Smart Turf, you should be aware they sub-contract the installation work and these sub-contractors have no time to warrant their installations. This is not what I was told when I agreed to move forward with Smart Turf after interviewing more than five companies. Smart Turf and their installers are driving new business only and do not have the business controls and management structure to take care of warranty work for existing customers. I have

If you’re looking for artificial grass for its low maintenance appeal and overall aesthetics, I’d highly recommend Smart Turf! They completely transformed our yard into a beautiful useable space to lounge and play. Ask for Bo. He was fantastic throughout the entire process which was quick and seamless. They offer several types of turf to choose from. We selected “pine valley” which we think is perfect for kids, adults, and pets. They also have financing available which is a great option to have! Overall we’re very happy with how it turned out! Highly recommend!
